- One solid aluminum billet is used to machine pockets on a CNC milling machine. The mono-core system results in a silencer with no loose parts that could come loose or vibrate. Because of the accuracy of the CNC machine there is consistency. The point of impact shifting is minimal, provided the thred has been cut accurately. the silencer is then shot blast, alluded and gun coated for a durable finish.
